Booking Terms and Conditions

To secure a booking we ask for a deposit of the first nights accommodation or 20% what ever the greater. Full payment is due on the day of arrival. Payment can be made by cash, cheque, debit or credit cards. (cheques must be received within 5 days of arrival, and credit cards will be charged a surcharge).In the event of a cancellation, deposit will be refunded (minus a £10.00 administration charge) provided 7 days notice is given.
If less than 7 days notice is given for a cancellation, the deposit will only be refunded if the room is re-let for the full duration of the booking. A £10.00 administration charge will still apply in all cases. No shows, or earlier departure will occur 100% charge of booking.
Rooms are available from 2pm on day of arrival, in some cases it is possible to leave your luggage and check in earlier, please contact us direct. Guests are asked to vacate rooms on departure day by 10.30am.
The Westgate is 100% no smoking and we operate a strict no smoking policy inside the building. Guests who fail to adhere to it will be subjected to a £50.00 cleaning surcharge, and a possible loss of earnings charge.
We do not accept single sex groups, hen or stag night bookings, group bookings need to be arranged and booked direct with us. If bookings are made of this nature without prior agreement, the booking will be cancelled without refund.
Please note all bookings constitute a legally binding contract.
We strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance. |
