Abbey Sands - Just accross the way from Torre Abbey Meadows and in the heart of Torquay, Abbey Sands is a sandy beach that becomes completely covered at high tide. This beach is safe to swim at.

Nearby there is a beach shop, deckchair and sunbed hire.

Meadfoot - This beach has safe swimming, but as it is a pebble beach it is worth taking care! There is ample parking, so no need to worry.

As well as a Cafe, deckchairs and sunbeds and surfing equipment hire, there is also a PADI Certified Dive Shop that hires diving equipment and manned dive boats, allowing you to explore under the water!

Oddicombe - Below Babbacombe Downs is the sand and shingle beach of Oddicombe. Although the path down to the beach is steep, there is a cliff railway that can make your climb down much easier. Parking is around 800 metres from the beach.

This beach offers a Cafe, Beach Shop, Deckchair/Sunbed hire and is safe to swim at.
